This building is the home to Chemistry, Biochemistry and Anthropology. On our second floor, you will see both the teaching and research chemistry labs. Our teaching labs are capped at 25 students so you will have the ability to ask questions and talk with your professor one on one. 95% of all classes including labs are taught by faculty here at UCCS.

Since our student population is smaller both undergraduate and graduate students have a chance to take part in research. As an undergraduate student even as a sophomore, you can be published while working with professors and graduate students. You might also be introduced to internships outside of the UCCS campus through research and our labs.

If you are interested in Anthropology, it can be found on our first floor. We have multiple labs downstairs along with some archeological digging sites here on our campus.

In Centennial we also have one of our 5 excel centers. This center is the Science Excel Center. In here you will find free tutoring for chemistry, biology, physics, and anatomy. You can check out a wide array of items from their desk including textbooks, anatomy models and bones, calculators and rulers. They also have a computer lab and printing available. Another great perk of the science center is the continued free coffee and tea available to students all day long.

This building also hosts the largest lecture hall on UCCS campus. This hall holds just under 300 students. You will likely have a class in this lecture hall, but they also host movie nights, starts to orientations and multiple other events in this area.
