Main Hall
Main Hall covered with red ivy
Main Hall is the oldest building on campus, and it was originally built in 1902 as a tuberculosis sanatorium.

Patients from all over the world came to Colorado Springs to be treated because it was believed that the dry air and sunshine would help cure tuberculosis. In fact, while it was a functioning sanatorium, patients used to sunbathe naked on the roof. Now we only do that every other Monday. Just kidding, everybody keeps their clothes on now and days.

On a more serious note though, Main Hall today is home to our academic counselors, who help students figure out their class schedules and navigate their majors, as well the Chancellor and other administrators.
