After years of struggling with chronic illness, Meghan has found her passion in inspiring others to take control of their health. Meghan incorporates mindful cooking techniques and enjoy teaching others how much fun cooking can be! The Lyda Hill Institute for Human Resilience, with financial support from the CU President’s Fund, launched CREATE in 2022 to foster community and lifetime resilience. FREE introductory artistic and wellness programming, resilience-based workshops and facilitated discussion/support groups are offered FREE to UCCS employees.
