On Monday, February 19, 2024, the UCCS community came together for a solidarity walk to share thoughts and emotions and create a space to mourn and heal together.

Angelica Orozco was able to find the perfect opportunity for her success right in her home state at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs. Like many of her peers at UCCS, Angelica tapped into her passions and turned it into the career of her dreams, proving to us that with the right community and collaborators, anything is possible.
